Sawyer's wound is not healing; on the contrary, it has now become threatening to his life. He is accompanying Michael and Jin to the camp with the survivors of the tail end of Flight 815. These people include Ana-Lucia, Libby, Eko, Bernard and Cindy, the flight attendant. At the camp, Shannon is getting visions with Walt in them. She tells them to Sayid, who is totally unbelieving of the verity of these visions. There's more of Shannon's story in this episode which highlights the relationship she had with Boone, her dead half-brother. She also remembers how her stepmother broke off all ties with her after her father died. On the other hand, Locke is increasing his advances towards Claire, and Charlie does not like them. Locke finds out a secret about Charlie – Charlie had taken a statue that was stuffed with porcelain from the plane wreck at Beechwood.
